Our Services
I offer 45 minute individual sessions for adolescents and adults. Weekly and bi-weekly sessions are available in morning, afternoon, and evening sessions times.
Telehealth
HIPAA secure telehealth sessions are available to individuals located in over 34 states including DC, Virginia, and Maryland.
In-Person
Our office is located in downtown DC next to Farragut Park, a few blocks from the White House and multiple DC Universities.
Hybrid
We are happy to offer hybrid options to accomodate to travel schedules and changing circumstances.
Meta-analysis research shows that both virtual and in person sessions have similar therapeutic outcomes.* However you feel comfortable, I’m happy to have you here.
